離地鐵站四號出口真的很近，如果拉行李要到八號出口才有電梯，從福岡機場過來要轉一次車 過馬路有超商超市可以買東西

一樓大門進去後有異味.垃圾，打開房門後地板污漬，床頭牆壁上不知道哪裡來的一隻蟲子

"離天神及博多算近～空間很大～整體住起來還不錯"

1.大門自動門的密碼鎖機器標示容易讓人誤會～用了好久還是無法開門～求助幾個日本人還是無法打開～最後日本人幫忙打電話尋問才打開 2.烤箱沒有很乾凈
