ナイトウェア、歯ブラシなどあればよかった

역에서 접근성이 매우 좋고 텐진과 하카타 모두 전철, 도보로 이동 가능. 쇼파배드까지 있어서 3인 가족 여행객들에게 좋은 옵션. 내부도 청결하고 샤워시설이나 기타 시설 이용에도 불편함이 없었습니다. 무인 체크인임에도 수월하게 들어갈 수 있어 만족합니다.

근처에 편의점이 로손 하나 밖에 없지만 큰 규모라서 필요한 것은 거의 다 갖추고 있습니다. 온돌 시스템이 아니라서 아쉽지만, 온풍기가 침대 위에 있어 방이 금방 따뜻해짐. 식기류를 사용할 때는 한번 더 씻어서 사용하길 권함.

意外と色んなところへアクセスが良く、しかし中心部からは少し離れており、それでいて近くにショッピングモールもある為観光とゆったり過ごす、どちらにも適した良い立地でした。

汚れが酷かった。 水回りは良かったが、カーペットは掃除機をかけても、はたいても埃が出るため最終日まで撤去。 備え付けのコップや皿は変な手触りが残り不快だった為使用を断念、ダイソーで紙皿を買ってきました。 フローリングも拭いてみるとシートが黒くなった為しっかりと拭き取りました。 空気清浄機もフィルターが埃まみれで機能していなかったため清掃し、上記の対応と合わせて何とか空気は良くなりました。 小さなお子さんを連れて家族で宿泊される予定の方は、先に清掃される事をおすすめします。

very close to MRT and bus station. it is located in the middle of Hakata station dan Hakata international airport. the unit has complete kitchen stuff and the medium size refrigerator. it is clean, the mattras and pillow excellent, except the smell of toilet room, may be the floor should be cleaned more.

the entrance and elevator very dirty. it didn't represent we are in japan at all.

Apartment is located very close to the Chiyo- Kenchoguchi metro station, which is very convenient for moving around Fukuoka. Apartment is very clean, and, despite small size, has all what's needed (kitchen, microwave, fridge, cutlery, washing machine,bathroom with separate toilet, etc) to be independent during a stay. 24/7 supermarkets nearby. "How to" paper guide is available inside the apartment in English, explaining house rules and how to use the facilities. No staff on-site, however property management was easily reachable through booking.com's chat and replied quickly. Overall recommended.

Check out time is a non-negotiable 10am, which I find a bit early if someone is on vacation. No luggage storage is possible. Additionally, noise isolation to be improved as apartment is in front of a hospital, with bed located right under a window and traffic noise easily coming through the walls.

带了我的妈妈和孩子一起来的，妈妈很喜欢，虽然小，但是什么都有，格局设计特别，特别喜欢，交通也比较方便，性价比高
