Chiyo apartment

Very close to the subway station, there are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. The water pressure is strong and the bath is comfortable

The access control instructions were not very clear. We tried many times but couldn't get into the building. We finally had to follow other residents in. It was very embarrassing. When booking, we specified that three people were staying, but they only arranged double beds. We had to make the sofa bed ourselves, which was a bit troublesome.

The apartment is nice and cozy and in a very good location. Has good facilities and equipped with all the basic amenities.

The apartment we got had a faulty AC. The AC was leaking water like a shower. The Bed is right under the AC and because of the leakage the bed got completely wet during our stay. We had to adjust sleeping in the floor and the couch. This is the 1st time I have experienced something like this in Japan and was not a very good experience. But having said that when I reported the issue in the morning, they immediately send someone to repair the AC and it took some time but they fixed the AC.
