Chiyo apartment

Very cosy apartment with everything needed for a short stay of a few days to a week. Very well located, across the road from the train station. It was good to have the laundry with washing machine and detergent. Everything was working well.

The sofa is a little old and a bit dirty, especially if you plan to sleep on it. Some of the towels were also a little smelly, I think they might need replacing.

Location is nearby station which is very convenient. Space is quite big.

There's lots of stain on the couch, the floor, the wall. The floor under the carpet is really disgusting that I thought I don't have to take off my shoes. I think this is the dirtiest room we've ever stayed in this trip in Japan. Pretty disappointed that the picture is beautiful but it's actually not that good.

We liked that it was near the station. The amenities and facilities mentioned were working/available. The guidelines indicated in the booklet were easy to understand and follow.

Generally the vibe from the pictures in the app does not feel the same when you are inside the apartment. The room's wallpaper was broken and the smell when you open the airconditioner is not good. The sofa was also covered by a black cloth already since it was damaged. Overall would appreciate if you could make it homey and clean same with the pictures.

Location was great- close to metro and easy walk to local sites. Apartment clean and practical even though small. Access was easy and efficient.

Booked for 3 people but only had cutlery for one and cups, glasses for 2.

The place is spacious compared to other apartments

It seems clean but it triggered our allergies. We were sneezing every night. Maybe the curtains and the sofa were not deep cleaned
