A localização é boa e o recepcionista que nos atendeu é muito atencioso.

O proprietário precisa fazer uma dedetização, pois encontramos pequenas baratas na pia. O secador do banheiro com muita sujeira no fio. Não tinha pano de prato e os lençóis poderiam ser melhores, muito finos. Apesar de não ter na descrição do anúncio, uma sanduicheira iria ajudar bastante. Apenas um rolo de papel higiênico para dois dias pois o outro estava totalmente molhado abaixo da pia.
