A localização é boa, funcional. Perto do shopping e mercados. O bairro também é bem localizado.

O quarto necessita de uma certa manutenção: Porta do banheiro, suporte para toalhas. Ainda, os travesseiros disponibilizados estavam de péssima qualidade. Outro ponto importante foi a falta de comunicação com o anfitrião. Mandei msg via Booking e também no número disponibilizado do WhatsApp, mas ate hoje não obtive resposta.
