세탁서비스가 안되고 에어컨이 작동이 잘 안된것이 치명적인 단점이였지만 대체로 만족했다

The staff were alright

We booked a non smoking room and when we arrived we were told they didn't have enough beds in a non smoking room so we had to choose between a smoking room or not enough beds and since we have a baby we were given a smoking room. We could not breath in the night and we had a baby with us as well. The bathroom was extremely dirty and no toilet paper or toilet paper holder. There was no extra towels for our hair after a shower and no extra pillows. Overall our stay was very bad and considering the price we paid for 2 nights we got ripped off.

parking was not possible here, as the parking lot is a joke breakfast was extremely disappointing staff barely understood any basic english toilet was leaking small room

small bathroom staff had a bad attitude the parking is horrible and when i asked them to park my car they assured me it wont be parked on the street i found it in the morning when checking out it was on the street and i had trouble with the parking guy and police and had to pay a fee and ticket

the room has been very tidy and clean, and the hotel is well situated, so you can reach everything by foot easily. Though they were barely able to speak English, part of the staff was really helpful and friendly.

My room was on the same floor as rooms where apparently the cleaning staff and their families reside. This would not have been a problem, if not the walls and doors were paper thin. The families have been incredibly loud, screaming, arguing, watching TV and slamming doors inside and outside their respective „apartments“. This went on for the whole night, with the general hallway being the meeting place for children und parents. Even as I asked them to be quiet (at 2 and 4 and 6 in the night), they did not change their behavior. As a result I only slept for one hour the two nights in spent in the hotel. As I tried to ask for a solution with the hotel management next morning, they tried to switch my room with another one on the same hallway. That would have had no efect, since the ruckus mainly happened on the floor‘s general hallway. Basically, this was one of the worst stays of my life. Which is sad since the hotel itself was very well maintained and an awesome starting place to explore or work in Bursa.

Difficult communication- nobody knows English. Parking is 15 TL if you don't give the staff car key.
