The hotel is modern and centrally located in the heart of the city centre and is a very well maintained. Breakfast can have more hot items such as fried eggs and a bread toaster.

Central y located and closed to Kent mall.

We had a simple problem in the beginning with the check in but solved later and the manager was very friendly and apologized about what happened, I approaches that so much. The hotel in general very clean and close from shopping stores, and very good place. I recommend visitors to be here it's good hotel.

An der Rezeption wurde unsere 2 unabhängig von einander gebuchten Zimmer auf eine Rechnung gesetzt. Wir wollten aber zwei unterschiedliche Rechnungen, das war aber leider zuviel für den Herren an der Rezeption, komplette Überforderung. Ich bat ihn die zwei Rechnung uns per Email zu schicken. Aber Zölibat dafür war er nach 3 Tagen immer noch nicht in der Lage. Hotel ist eigentlich ganz okay, aber der Service absolute Katastrophe.

Very clean and modern room with big balcony. The staff is helpful and professional. Nevertheless, the breakfast could have been better.
