Have a great stay in a tidy, clean and comfort room. The hotel is located at 8/F, need a bit longer time to queue for elevator in the peak hours, especially in the morning time. Hygiene of the Spa is a concern. Some hotel guests entered the Spa directly without taking showers. I experienced such incident twice. I did not use the Spa facility anymore afterward. I understand that this is not the fault of the hotel, but would suggest the management provides more instruction and guideline about properly use of the Spa facility.

とても快適で気持ちよく滞在できました。シャワーのみのお部屋でしたが高層階で景色が良かったです。また、パンのお勧めのお店を聞いたところ周辺のお店をコピーして下さいました。ありがとうございました！また名古屋に行く機会がありましたら滞在したいです。

チェックイン時の説明、スパ(小さいアイスサービスあり)、ルーム設備が新しい、朝食も会場は大きくないものの種類豊富、接客も良好。スリップの底シートがうれしい。非常に良かった。気になったことを強いて言えば、１Fに降りるエレベータが１つで、小さめだったこととぐらいです。
