The onsen was nice! The staff were kind and thoughtful. There was often a line for the washing machine, so check the app for availability quite regularly.

Love the convenience location and the friendly staff. I lost my phone on the 3rd day in the taxi and luckily the taxi driver remembered the hotel pick up point and brought my phone back to the hotel. The front desk staff returned the phone to me and helped me called the taxi company and thank them. I used the same taxi company - Meitetsu Group for a ride to the airport today to patronize the honest behavior of the taxi driver.

"清潔有待改善"

有大浴場，免費雪條，房間view很美，足夠打開29寸喼。 可惜房間清潔程度不是太好，在入住時，在床頭櫃發現上次住客遺留已使用的隱形眼鏡，洗手盤去水極慢，渠口堵塞有點嚴重。如果當天不需要執房，只會派發一支水和2條毛巾，浴衣和咖啡包都不會有，垃圾袋都要去櫃枱拎，有點失望。 應該不會再入住。

名駅から少々距離がありますが、直接地下道に出られるので雨でも傘いらずです。全体にこじんまりしていますが清潔感があって良かったです。
