The Atrium Hotel on Third

I travel with a certified service dog. I was asked to show proof of certification. Then answer intrusive questions. The room did not have a working phone to the front desk. There was a huge stain on the dining set chair, stain on gold chair by window. Lastly the hair dryer did not match plug. I did get a good nights sleep but I was medicated. I stayed here because the reviews were very good.

The pool was closed. The restaurant was closed. I was refused service without a cash deposit that was not mentioned when booking the room due to my location proximity. Overall the process could have been smoother and less embarrassing.

Very old and not renovated in a long time

Even though under renovation, very cleanly and friendly staff

Property stated they had restaurant and bar on-site and after checking in, I was told that neither were open, due to renovations.

Continental breakfast was not fully stocked and lacked choices. Restaurant was closed. Hotel was practically empty but they gave me a room by the stairs on the non atrium side.
