The lobby has a lot of potential. It is very quiet. The rooms could use an upgrade for more relaxing space. There wasn’t a phone in the bedroom, and the tv was too small to see from the bed. The products in the bathroom are very cheap and harsh on the hair and skin, opting for paraben/phalates/silicone free products would make the experience nicer

"This is our "go to" hotel in Quincy!"

The staff is always friendly & interactive. The location is off the beaten path, but close to downtown & near the river. Renovations are in progress, so be reasonable with your expectations. This facility is our "go to hotel" when we visit Quincy. This time we stayed in one of the newer rooms and the upgrades are nice. We'll be back in 2 months.

"Under Construction "

The front desk person was extremely nice each interaction. I was taken back when right before I was getting ready to sign that she stated the pool was out and the hotel was under construction. I wish it would have said that before I booked. My son was there for a baseball tournament we chose this hotel for location, pool, and breakfast. The breakfast choices we weak at best due to once again the hotel being under construction for 2 YEARS.
