The Atrium Hotel on Third

Staff was awful.. it’s was under construction and they had new rooms and she wanted give me because I went through Expedia😡

The bed was a sway back. I kept rolling toward the middle which was a problem because I had to get up every 20 minutes to stuff the sheet back in. The breakfast was a joke. If you can’t find any place else to stay, this might be for you.

Location was great large parking lot and safe, room was clean, receptionist was great. Breakfast on the go is included.

The pool was out

Pool is permanently closed. The room was average and okay. It was the front desk clerk that made the experience so bad. She was rude and condescending. Wouldn’t revisit because of this. The hotel itself seemed fine if you aren’t planning to enjoy swimming or customer service.

Great and quick checkin....room was ready eventhough we got there 3 hours early. Hotel still in middle of renovation, but our room had already been completed...and done extremely well. Wonderful amenities and furnishings.

Cute hotel, lots of potential. The bed was very very nice. Sheets, pillows, bed, and towels were much better than other hotels. Coffee was on tap, big plus. The room was exceptionally well cleaned.

I paid full price but didn't have access to the full facilities and amenities. Conference rooms were locked, pool was empty, I booked an old room but the hotel let me know I paid a higher rate so they upgraded me to a newer room. It was a confusing check in. I think the desk lady thought she was helping me obtain value but she made me look like an idiot in front of my lady when in fact it was the poor advertising that led me to choose what I thought was a good room. Breakfast was advertised hot but was packaged take and go.
