We love staying here when we visit family in Quincy! Even thru the renovations, the entire staff is friendly and helpful, gals at the front desk are SO nice! Area around the hotel has great dining and drink options within walking distance as well as live music in the park in the summer!

The location was great. Manager did take care of the problem by giving me a discount.

No water pressure. Excuse was city main. However, after investigating that happened on Tuesday and I tried showering Friday. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk. Excuse was the construction. That’s fine however you could have been told at check in to call the from your cell.

"Mediocre because of construction "

Places should adjust their rates if they're under construction. No pool, no restaurant, no bar. The beds were extremely uncomfortable.
