Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Orlando - Sanford

I normally write reviews that are positive. I booked this hotel based on the highly rated reviews I read. In my experience these were not at all accurate. We got to the hotel and I requested a room at the end of the hall, away from the elevator. May was very accommodating, but only had a handicap accessible room at the end of the hall. We agreed; that would be OK. But when we got off on the 3rd floor the hallway had a musty ,bad smell. Then we got to the room , it was even worse! It had a smell of urine. This was not acceptable, so I went to the front desk and they gave me another room. When we opened the door to the 2cd room on the 3rd floor,it also had a musty smell/personal body odor that was not as bad as the accessible room. We decided we would stay so I went to Walmart and bought an air freshener to mask some of the smell. Everything looked new at this hotel, but the smells were NOT ACCEPTABLE. Positives: rooms were reasonably priced, the beds were comfortable and halls were quiet. I hope my review helps others get a clear Picture of this hotel and not book this with with unrealistic expectations.
