I want to thank May and Glenda for the awesome job they’re doing. They are always helpful when it comes to finding better options, and they truly go out of their way to make people smile. Keep up the great work! Unfortunately, my experience with the manager, Julie, is always unpleasant. The way she picks and chooses who she smiles at and shows concern for makes guests feel uncomfortable and overlooked. Situations like this make it harder to have a positive experience during a stay at this Extended Stay.
