An Extended Stay with no utensils, dishware or cookware in the room. Only ice machine is on the 1st floor. The continental breakfast was the worst of any other facility I've ever stayed.

Staff was very helpful, from providing water when the vending machine wasn't working to escorting me to my room when I was concerned about another guest acting strangely. Great customer service.

Room amenities were lacking. No cups, coffee maker, etc. Breakfast was very light with few options

Good location, cold A/C, hot water in the shower

They charged me extra for my dog when I was told it would be included. Not many breakfast options- 1 kind of muffin, 1 kind of yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and 2 different “granola bar” options. The room didn’t have any cups. The tub drained even when the plug was plugged?
