"The property needs pest control"

The facilities were what I expected for the price.

The room I booked had air conditioning in the description. Not only did the air conditioning not work but the unit itself has a wasp nest inside. My husband got stung and we had a sleepless night as it was too late to find somewhere else. We also saw a cockroach, I was not expecting luxury for the price but I do expect to be safe. The owners should not advertise until they can get professional pest control in.
