Nighttime front desk was friendly and helpful. Guest service was good.

Day time frontdesk during the weekday has an attitude problem. She was extremely rude when we questioned about the destination fees. When there is no clear answer towards whether we could avoid the fees, she told us that she didn’t like my attitude and she requested us to bring two complimentary water back to the front desk. I would expect the water comes with our stays at the hotel at the rate we are paying. Nighttime staff was amazing. Guest service was good.

Loved the shopping/restaurant center across the street happy with not being in a too-much resort, this had everything we needed and easy to get to the beach and restaurants

Everything except the hostess when we arrived. He always treated us really bad

The bed was comfortable. Loved the infinity pool. It is small, like a boutique hotel. Parking was convenient. Easy in and out, but it’s $40/day.

No espresso available. Only drip coffee with breakfast for $30. It would be nice to get a latte and a croissant in the morning. I thought the room was adequate, but nothing special. We did not have any housekeeping for three nights, the whole time we were there. I did ask at the front desk and that was not normal. It’s OK because we had a short stay.

Staff were polite and went out of their way to help with any query, offering helpful advice about the local area. The bedrooms were spotlessly clean, the mini fridge in the room actually was cold kept at a certain temperature. Upon arrival given a tin bottle of water to reuse at their water stations which was a great idea. From the photos attached it looks like you can see car park from pool but that is NOT the case as pool is lower down

Breakfast was good but a bit repetative but food was good quality
