L’emplacement de la chambre 211 à côté d’une porte de couloir qui fait énormément de bruit à chaque passage de personnes Le petit déjeuner Incroyable pour un Français qu’aux états unis il n’y ai pas de jack daniel’s au bar

We upgrade our room to balcony view by paying extra but we’re so disappointed. There were pieces of broken glass which my toddler picked up and brought it to us. We requested for late check out but they refused. Very inconsiderate.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war ein Witz, jedoch konnten wir Eierspeisen bestellen und das Avocado Toast war wirklich gut. Aber uns hat eine warme leckere Schokolade gefehlt, wie auch eine grössere Brot und geschnittene Früchteauswahl wie zum Beispiel Ananas. Zudem erwarten wir eine echte gute Butter, keine ahnung was ich da auf mein Brot schmierte. Der Pool ist wirklich schöön und auch toll war dass wir unsere Kleidung waschen konten. Das Personal war sehr minimalistisch und räumte teils dreckige Geschirrsachen nicht weg zudem eher unkommunikativ und unfreundlich. Es trifft die Morgenbuffetfrau und die an der Bar am Abend. Zudem den herr der uns eincheckte. Das restliche Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich
