This hotel was one of the most clean and customer friendly hotel that we have ever stayed in. The rooms were beautiful, and the amenities offered were perfect. We will be back to stay soon.
The hotel was very nice, clean and we had a room on the first floor which was convenient.
The hotel and the staff were excellent John who checked us in in the evening was very good and the lady who checked us out at night was also very good. The only problem we had was breakfast. The eggs were very dry and so were the potatoes dry and they were hard, everything else was good
This was our first trip to the Hyatt Place Altoona and we loved it. It looks brand new, although we were told at check in that it is about 5 years old. The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast couldn't be beat. When we checked in we were assigned a room on the 4th floor. We quickly discovered the refrigerator, tv and HVAC system did not work in this room. The front desk clerk found us another room, no questions asked. The Hyatt Place is near an outlet mall and several restaurants. We highly recommend staying here - you won't be disappointed.

After having such a bad experience at another hotel and needing to find a new one asap this one made my experience so much better. The staff was very friendly, room was clean, beds were comfortable. Also their breakfast was great! Overall great experience all around.

Staff super friendly. Rooms nice. Could use better pillows. Location was nice. Good places to eat close by.
New, very clean, coffee and ice water all day, great breakfast with bacon and scrambled eggs. Rooms have walkin showers, not tubs. Also safes in the room. Only improvement I could suggest is that only one of the night stands has a 110v outlet. This was not an issue for us, but it could be if two people both needed to use CPAPs. One outlet had a extension with 110V and USB C. The other had a clock with USB C. The hotel is in a very quiet area, near an outlet mall and Bass Pro Shop. No through traffic or road noise, overlooks a lagoon. I wish every hotel on my trip was this nice.
