Property Notes

Reception opening hours are Sunday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00, and on Saturday from 08:00 to 20:00. As these hours may be subject to change, guests are advised to contact the property prior to arrival. Please note that cars are not allowed inside Val Thorens. All visitors are required to use paid parking facilities located outside the resort during their stay. Rates include all taxes and charges (excluding the local tourist tax), basic WiFi access for up to five devices (for browsing, emails and online searches), TV, bed linen, towels, a cleaning kit (to be left in the apartment), and end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen area and dishes). Beds can be made upon arrival at an additional cost per person, for stays of any duration. After booking, guests may request a specific accommodation location by contacting the residence directly. Preferences are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. For any invoice requests, please note that the invoice will be issued under the name stated on the reservation. Any modification may incur additional charges. In July and August, Pierre & Vacances offers a range of activities to fully enjoy the mountains. Guests can benefit from the pre-loaded Passeport Ascensionnel, which provides unlimited access to activities such as swimming pools, archery (from 6 years old), table tennis, outdoor trampolines, and the Fun Park for children aged 3 to 11. In addition, preferential rates are available in Val Thorens and Les Menuires on various activities and services, including wellness sessions, tennis court rentals, cinema, and fitness classes. The Passeport Ascensionnel is a rechargeable prepaid card that can be used with participating partners in the Vallée des Belleville and also provides discounted rates. One pass per person is included for stays of at least 7 nights. Activities are subject to prior registration and availability. As they are organized by independent partners, they may be subject to change. The Passeport Ascensionnel is personal and cannot be shared. Credit cards are the only accepted method of payment. A credit card pre-authorization (VISA or MASTERCARD) will be requested upon arrival. To save time during check-in, guests are encouraged to complete their registration in advance via their Pierre & Vacances customer account. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

The service was appalling and beyond criticism. Commit to check in at a certain time and be late for it by 4 hours. Without luggage storage service which is very basic for a hotel - neither before nor after. They charged us 100 euros for leaving a garbage bag in a room that was completely clean and they didn't say anything about the garbage needing to be removed - they only informed us after we left.

property is well situated and easy access to the slopes supermarket and ski shop on site

the fact you don’t get any room service especially when paying over £3000 for 7 days and told to change towels it was €9 per towel pack

"The apartment =no good / The skiing = Excellent"

The accommodations did not match the photos online. The number of sheets and towels (that we had to pay additional for on top of the rental fee) were not the correct quantity and 1 guest had to dry themselves after a shower using hand towels. The cleaning service does not remove garbage, you are expected to do that yourself. The ski locker location and access was a mystery. And after locating it the door was jammed closed and unusable. The Renting Management Service (Mont Blanc) was less than accommodating.

Literally a few metres to the ski slope. Room quite comfy. Beds are ok. Ski rental in the building. Mini-supermarket in the building as well. Bathroom clean, nothing to mention about that. Some rooms are better quality, check before.

Room service and technician never arrived, bit cold in room sometimes, (bring a heater!) personnell not very flexible. TV could not play many formats from USB key. Sometimes neighbours party, however finish by 23h normally.

"Loved our stay!"

Fantastic location! We hired our skis from the very handy shop in the building, who had very friendly staff, they gave 10% discount because of staying in the building. You can get straight in the lift from the level of your apartment to the bottom, out the door and your on the slopes! Supermarket located in the building was also very handy, and short walk to few restaurants and bars and 10minute walk with a lift and bridge to shopping centre and busy area which was very handy. Reception staff are 24/7 (not the hours described on booking. Com) they were very helpful and friendly and we arrived at the building 3 hours early for check in to see if we could leave our bags, but we were told our room was all ready and we could check in early which was great! Apartment was ok for 4 people would have been a push with 5, but we loved our stay here and will definitely be back!

Floor had obviously been hoovered but not mopped, our feet/socks were black the moment we walked in at the beginning of our holiday which should have been cleaned by cleaners but there was no mop provided for us to do this.
