Villa Paladina

Friendly hosts. Location close to the beach. Air conditioning worked well.

The room was not huge, so being two per room made it a bit uncomfortable. Even though there is a cooktop in the room, there is no elements to cook, so its pointless. Its a 15/20 min walk to the center of Hvar.

The ground floor apartment came with two bedrooms and two bathrooms , a dining room and big kitchen and a porch with a table. The location was quiet, big and clean and comfortable, with very nice hosts. The host made reservation for us at the restaurant for a birthday in our party : the recommendation was excellent and we got extra treats. We stayed for 3 nights and wished we stayed much longer.

The location is absolutely walkable. 15 minutes. The stairs shorten the path (and lead to the supermarket) - you get a nice sweat when going up mid day though. No problem in the evening as the wind picks up and this is cooler.

Great beach nearby, takes a little bit of cardio to climb back up (but that's pretty much everywhere, because of relief of island).

Few houses next was a construction site (hope in season 2023 they are already done), builders started working quite early. Both sides of bed was noisy when changing position, for some may be really irritating (was able to tolerate it). In room was lack of space for luggage, it is suitable for one small cabin bag only (light traveling).

Nice balcony and quiet area. 15-18 minute walk to center of town.

Wifi was very spotty. Didn’t work most of the time.

the owner was SO SWEET, 100/10 recommend staying here. such a cute room, bathroom had a washing machine, she left coffee for us to make:)

I loved the terrace and the owner was very helpful.

The noise of the fridge, the bed and the location could be better. If you have mobility problems it is not suitable.
