Fjaerland Hotel

No towels, broken shower, clean and comfortable. Expensive parking space at the hotel.

I got there it is a self check in i didnt know so was hanging roundvringing the number with no reply for 30min it stated there was a 32in tv in room it was about a 16in if that the shower room has carpeted so there was a funky smell could not recommend this hotel 🙁

disappointed commendation the facilities didn't work no cold water coming from the tap the top was broken The property is really small the rooms are tiny on the bed we slept on should be for two people and it wasn't a double bed

When arrived I received a email stating you can get a parking permit from any news agent for 3 pound this is untrue you can’t any where so first had problems with that then the room which they gave us smelt bad really unclean had a fake eye lash on the window Seal couldn’t put no clothes away as so dirty no tea and coffee Facilities I complained they moved us but new room had no coffee or milk walls had stains on them

Never once seen a staff member, no cold water tap working on sink(which was in bedroom not bathroom)no towels provided.

You start with no one at reception so you call the number on the desk to get no answer. We booked a double room ended up with a 3/4 bed no handle on toilet door cold tap on the sink spins round completely the heater didn’t work in the toilet/ shower cubicle ( I wouldn’t say room ) some of the lights were not working the room itself was generally dirty. All in all it looks nothing like the photos on the internet. Appalling really I will not be going back even if if was FREE and will never recommend this place to anyone. Regards David

Very poor hygiene, no toilet rolls provided, no hot water. No coffee or milk.

I didn’t receive an email with details on how to access the hotel until I arrived and had to call them. No one was in reception to help. Once in, I had to go and find an off licence to purchase a parking permit however they said they didn’t have any and that they rarely did! I’d need to find somewhere else to park! Ended up having to leave my car somewhere on a back street. The flow of the hot water tap in the bath was ridiculously slow and must have take 45 minutes to fill. The kettle had a terrible odour and there were no towels or milk with the tea making facilities. Hotel worker did bring towels, milk and a new kettle after I text but was still very frustrating! Room was ok and bed comfy.
