"Good"

Not happy frist hotel had no heating in it was cold then we had check like 5 rooms they were a cold and then we had to move to villerose then wasn't happy with that either one room was leaking from walls and made bed wet then we had to get someone out change rooms then room we was in there was no light working and sick was loose so we not happy with place at all we like refund stressful week when we come and then issues with cleaning bedrooms to so we not happy at all

"A rather traumatic experience "

On check in wasn't most warm of welcome. Family room on top floor was clean but very dated. After checkin went out. Returned to room in evening to find the room full of smoke and carpet smouldering. Someone had been in room while out and put a electric heater in there with no legs on so it was directly on carpet. Was lucky we got back when did amd worringly no smoke alarm had gone off!On calling the contact number we received little help.heater had been put in there as heating had stopped working .had to stay the night in room, had to undo all windows to clear smoke and personally remove electric heater make sure had cooled down completely and safe, so all went to bed in cold room stinking of smoke with my to sons aged 2 and 5. just to top it off the fire alarm decided to go off at 4am, 7 hours later .which was huge worry do to previous problems overall very disappointing and wouldn't never go back

"Inadequate parking."

There was no face to face contact. They are entitled to give out 24 hour parking passes but refuse to. Therefore you have to buy one from the nearby off-license. Unfortunately these do not cover between 8-9am and 4-6pm, so you have park elsewhere during these times.

"Good"

Shocking service, dirty room, broken windows. Arrived having booked two rooms with children only to arrive to nobody on reception and not answering the bell or phone numbers. After around 45 minutes someone arrived only to sit down and persist he doesn’t speak English. Then after another 30 minutes I finally got through to the “manager” to be told one of the rooms was cancelled as it wasn’t fit to stay in with no notice at all and the one room we did get was disgusting. Near impossible to get through to speak to a person instead of a virtual assistant.

"Awful "

"A poor hotel dog not go"

There was no parking although the web site said I could get a voucher from the local shop - the voucher was valid top to 16:00 and for parking started at 18:00 - so I would have to move for 2 hours. Luckily the hotel next door sold me a 24 hour voucher. The tv only showed 1/2 the picture see below but as there was nobody onsite at the hotel I gave up - a very poor yired looking hotel

"Impossibile to talk to them. "

Trying to get in touch with the hotel is very difficult. The booking ref from hotels.com is not the same as the oyo ref. Eventually found a ref by trying to send a message to them. The ref was in a message on their app. Rubbish!!! Its all virtual assistants and off shore call centres.

"A very basic stay"

I wasn't expecting much for my money (it was good value, especially considering the location) but I was still let down. If all you want is a room that you're only going to use to sleep this should be fine for you - as long as you enjoy hard beds with non-existent pillows. We had one pillow each, and mine was about 95% air; I even tried folding it in half to double it up and it still couldn't support my head. In the end I used the cushion instead. We had a double room and it was very compact. If I had to guess I'd say it was previously part of another room that had been partitioned to create another. The bathroom also suffered from this - if you're a larger person you may struggle! Our bedroom door felt very heavy suggesting that the closer wasn't set up correctly, but also it occasionally didn't close properly - the first night our room was unlocked! But I didn't worry because, although the rooms are described as 'sound proofed,' I could hear literally every single thing that happened outside, including: everyone walking past our room, cars driving past, full conversations in the next room, etc. Speaking of the listing don't expect a rainfall shower, 32 inch TV, or mini golf on site. I guess you could generously describe the shower as like rain, and the TV was perhaps 32 inches around. Finally there's no staff on site - it's all run remotely (even the locks are electronic) so bear that in mind. All in all it's fine, but if you can I'd stay anywhere else!

"hassle free and comfortable "

Hassle free check in was brilliant comms sent out way before and not needed to worry about losing riom keys is great room was nice to have enough beds for 4 and top floor kids loved it expensive for one night but pleasant stay

"Beware basic /rubbish "

Stay was awful no tv working no internet available even though these were advertised as available. No manager on site always at his other hotel .was told internet would be fixed on day 1 day3 still not fixed.no personal touch in this hotel access through door touch pad which didn't work very well n walls do thin you could have conversation with people in next room if you wanted
