Clean and spacious! Very nice and courteous staff!

Breakfast was great! Staff was very friendly

All the towels on our room had stains on them, as if they weren’t washed from previous people. Bedspread was also stained. I stay at this hotel frequently and this was very disappointing as I tell people how great this hotel usually is.

This hotel has so much to offer at a reasonable price. The room was incredibly clean and fit our family of 5 without feeling squished. The bathroom had all Dove products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap AND lotion!) which was a nice and surprising touch. Breakfast was great; very clean all around the food areas and the staff were out in the breakfast area a lot checking on stock and restocking as needed. The pool was a good size and the pool area felt comfortable. It was convenient having laundry services on site. My only two not real complaints but more like observations: the corridors and adjoining rooms were not the quietest (we heard lot of talking outside our room in the corridor when anyone walked by); and the common areas could use a little more attention to cleaning (such as washing the floors and wiping down the walls in the elevator). Other than those two minor things, we would seek out this hotel again.

This hotel is directly next to the interstate If you are light sleeper, choose a different hotel. As always, breakfast at the Holiday Inn Express was stellar. Staff was friendly.

Helpful staff.

Unfortunately, my stay was far from pleasant. The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired—both the sink and toilet had visible stains, clearly not properly cleaned from the previous guest. The sink drained painfully slow, and the water pressure throughout the bathroom was weak. On top of that, the “hot” water was barely lukewarm. For the price I paid, I expected much better. The overall experience did not match the cost, and I left feeling disappointed and frustrated.

First stay at this location and was very happy with the staff and the facility. Rooms were very clean and well appointed. Enjoyed large bathroom and beds were comfortable. Will definitely stay here when I return to Carlisle.
