"Excellent"

I liked almost everything about the place. Clean rooms, although the shower did not have much water pressure. Maybe it was just our room. Room 311. My real complaint is that my card was charged for all three rooms that I reserved before I got there. My room was cost split with someone, but we both got charged the full price. I think we have it worked out now. I will probably still stay there next year. Also the breakfast was great!

I didn’t like that I was charged for something after I already paid my hotel in advance ? That was a shister move on your part , a surprise to see this extra charge after 2 days on my credit card .. I was discusted!!!

We were only there to sleep. Got there at 130am and left by 8. Did get coffee and tea in the morning! Comfy beds. Noisy in the morning as our room was by a side entrance and it sounded like folks were walking through our room. But it was clean.

"Don't bother"

Price gouged for one night in Carisle...totally took advantage of a college graduation in town. Tried to reason with no avail. A rep named Taylor just wanted to argue and tried to blame Booking.com for the pricing. Don't waste your $$...plenty of others just like it for less than half of what they charged.

One on our way home from Florida traveling to New York. Looked online - hotel had great reviews and easy access off of highway. Everything was great - very clean, convenient, price was perfect and staff very friendly.
