Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Carlisle Southwest I-81 by IHG

Queen beds were large and comfortable, the room was very clean and big, and the shower was perfect. The breakfast was very good--pancakes, sausage, potato cubes, cheese omelette, pastries, fruit, fruit juice, yogurt, cereals, not to mention hot coffee or tea. Previous person set the alarm clock for 5 am and I didn't notice. We got an early start to our day though.

The room was not clean! Pillows smelled of mould, shower walls had hairs on the walls, and brown spot on toilet lid. Housekeeping OPENED my door at 9:44 am. Didn’t say housekeeping or anything. Knocked once and then opened the door - didn’t wait for a response. Checkout is at 11 so no idea why they’re disturbing people early!!! Totally inappropriate!! Especially a man walking in a room with one female guest!

Very nice ,very clean ,. One issue I had is having to have the room card in a slot on the wall to turn the lights on. That was the only thing I dididint like . Very nice room . Would definitely recommend. Would go back.

Very nice breakfast

The room size was huge as was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The tv was good quality with good sound. It wasn't too far from some attractions on Hanover Street

While not considered terribly far from some activity, it's direct location feels a little isolated.

The property was right off the highway for ease, but the traffic noise is heard in the rooms.
