Great location just outside the center. It is paid parking everywhere, so the parking lot across the street is ideal. The apartment is on the ground floor, perfect for us as a stopover. A nice shower and the coffee and tea facilities make it complete.

Not a bad thing, but you can't sit outside. Because of the ground floor location you'll want to keep the curtains closed. So for some daylight you have to go outside. But isn't that why you're visiting Salisbury?

Clean, v central, decent sized room

Ground floor, only a basic office blind and no curtains or blackout options, opposite a pub with a transparent outer door, Ray nice at first then dismissive and passive aggressive when we politely asked if a different room was available, strong landlord vibes that really soured the tone of our stay: My message: Hi Ray, sorry to be a pain - having settled in a bit we're a little worried about road noise and light through the blind. Is there any chance you have a room at the back we could swap with please? No worries if not but thought it was worth asking. Many thanks, Charlie Ray's reply: Hi Charlie, you have booked the cheapest room in Salisbury with its own entrance and facilities on the busiest weekend of the year in Salisbury city centre. Not too sure what you expected. All our rooms are city centre for convenience. Regards Ray

So clean, comfy and cosy. Location great

Central location, room was clean and the little additions of water milk tea and coffee was lovely. Ray was there to greet us and advise on local amenities. Worth the money and perfect place for us for the one night.

Ray is a super host, the place was comfortable and spotless. Excellent location w a parking lot across the road in central old town of Salisbury. Great experience!

The room was clean and cosy. Everything you need for a night stay. Loved having fresh milk and coffee/tea facilities. Would definitely stay again if needed. Location to town is fabulous.
