Needed an affordable room just for the night, and this room was perfect! Ray is a very welcoming and hospitable host and the bed is very comfortable.

Really good value for money, clean & comfortable, shower very good, which you tend not to get at other rentals. Aesthetically a nice room, with complementary teas, coffee, real milk and Kitkats. Close to main drag for shopping znd drinks out.

Nothing much you can do regarding bathroom size, having said that very clean and shower excellent. You could add Nespresso machine with pods instead of instant coffee.

Lovely cosy room, spotlessly clean, excellent quality bedding. In a fairly quiet backstreet just a short walk to the centre & lots of bars, restaurants, etc. Ray was charming & happy to be contacted if needed.

We found the bed quite hard, but that's just personal preference. It was clearly a good quality mattress.

We spent one night here and the room had everything we needed including a good hospitality tray. Easy to work heating and shower (which is not always the case) and late check out. Comfy bed and good pillows. A short walk to the town centre.

Probably not ideal for a long stay due to lack of storage but that's a minor point.

Excellent location in the centre of Salisbury. Car park (had to pay) right next to the property. Communication from Ray was excellent. Property was spotless and very cosy. Thank you for providing fresh milk in the handy little fridge for an immediate and delicious cup of tea (none of those horrible sachets of longlife milk!).
