1/ Check-in catastrophique, attendu 50mn dans le froid à 21h30. L'hôtel se repose sur une technologie d'accès par clé téléchargée sur téléphone qui ne marche pas (j'ai un Android haut-de-gamme 2025 à jour). On reçoit des messages WhatsApp disant qu'on peut compter sur eux... tout ça pour apprendre plus tard que personne n'est au bout du fil en WhatsApp (le robot en face a un bug, ça initié une réponse, on voit les "..." qui montrent que quelqu'un écrit, mais aucun message n'est envoyé)..A minima dans le WhatsApp il faudrait mettre: " en cas de souci, ne pas écrire sur WhatsApp mais appeler tel numéro" (le numéro n'est pas rappelé dans la confirmation de check-in online). Bref arrivez avant 18h quand la réception physique est active et donne des badges physiques pour accéder. Ou appeler directement si souci. 2/ Début d'inondation dans la chambre car il n'y a pas de joint sous la vitre. Or le petit pommeau est orienté vers la vitre... On a dû éponger. 3/ Pas d'ascenseur et escalier raide: un peu galère 4/ Rue bruyante même en semaine le soir, heureusement j'avais mes boules quies

Super gezellige kamer en centraal gelegen. Personeel was ook zeer vriendelijk

De temperatuur. De kamer was koud, we kregen een extra vuurtje maar dat was toch niet voldoende om ganze kamer op te warmen. Bovendien werkte de tv niet, en was er s avonds veel lawaai van straat

The check-in information was provided via email beforehand. So, I fully suggest you to follow the steps and to get the Digital Key app to fasten your check-in. Otherwise, there is always someone on the ground floor. The room was as it's advertised on the webpage with toilet papers, shower needs, towels and hairdryer. The view from the top floor was really good and we enjoyed the skyscraper view and the lights. The bed was comfy as well. The breakfast options consist of two different plates (one vegetarian and another one w non-veg). We enjoyed both options and everything was fresh, including the warm croissant and toast. You should ensure that you let the management know at what time you are going to have breakfast.

Except for the first issue, the other issues are just good to have, but they are not in the level of "cannot live without". 1. Some of the towels were not clean. As soon as we raised this point to management, we were provided with the new towels. 2.It's something related to the design of the room that we stayed in. So, the shower is in the position where it gives away some drops of water outside the room which we solved by putting an extra towel on the doorway. 3. The air-conditioner was locked. So, we were only able to turn it on/off (standard 23 degree). Of course, we came back in the middle of the night and we started using it.Therefore, we did not request any help from management. I'd suggest giving some flexibility to the customer in that respect, as the temperature differs from person to person.

Buona posizione, vicina a ristoranti e bar. Letto tutto sommato comodo. Chiave digitale per una gestione comoda di check-in e check out.

La stanza è davvero troppo piccola, difficile perfino muoversi al suo interno per due persone. Con le valigie aperte a terra, era complicato. Tappeto e tenda doccia macchiati, lenzuola bucate. Servirebbe giusto un po’ di cura in più ai dettagli. La stanza all’inizio era fredda, si é scaldata dopo circa un’ora di aria calda accesa. Poco insonorizzata, si sentiva molto il rumore delle persone in strada. C’è il bar per la colazione proprio di sotto, ma non si capisce a che ora apre (a noi avevano detto che apriva dalle 8:30, ma quando siamo scesi alle 9:15 era ancora chiuso, quindi abbiamo optato per un’altra soluzione). Tutto sommato è accettabile, ma per il prezzo mi sarei aspettata qualcosa di meglio.
