"Outstanding and very friendly and helpful staff"

As a solo traveller the staff here were wonderful for making me feel like I have a homely place where I can always chill. Were also super helpful for recommendations around the city, and gave me a few drinks on the house, which was super kind. Yu Meng and Larry in particular were fantastic hosts to me and very cool guys. All aspects were great, exactly as advertised, and a general joy to stay here.

The accommodation was clean and welcoming, the service and staff were perfect! These few days spent in Rotterdam were magical, and the hotel played a big part in that! We opted for the breakfast package and received wonderful service and a warm welcome!

"Perfect for a short stay"

Location is great, plenty of places for food and drinks around. Main city area for shopping is a short walk. Cafe within the hotel services good food. Staff were exceptional.

Stairs could be an issue for people with mobility issues.

"Voor een prima prijs, een leuke, schone kamer en heerlijk ontbijt"

Kleine, maar schone kamer, met alles wat je nodig hebt. Ontbijt was echt lekker, vers bereidt en personeel was vriendelijk. Helemaal prima voor een mooie prijs.
