We were charged for a deluxe quadruple room and only had a deluxe double. This meant we paid over double what we should have. Also, wr think we woke yhe manager at after 8am to tell them where we had had to leave the key cos nobody was around. Bed was also creaky as all hell. Kept me awake most of the night.
