Room was cold as bed was right up against the only radiator in the room. No heating in the bathroom at all.
GBMy husband and I visited the hotel in October, it was very cold in the room at night, our room was located under the roof even though I booked a triple room. Unfortunately, there was no hairdryer in the room, which I really needed. There is no wardrobe, which is also not convenient.

Your advertisement states there’s a hotel car park and off street parking but there’s no hotel car park it’s just 1 car space ? So with that inconvenience we had to wait till the parking permit time was up so we could leave car in side street as we didn’t want to risk off getting a ticket.! Even the member of staff said that you need to update your advertisement and remove the fact of the non existent car park (SEE PHOTOS)

Only one parking space on site so you have to be lucky. Plenty of other car parks though.
