Had a great stay

The lady at the front desk was nice the room upon check-in. I don’t know why housekeeping is bursting into rooms without knocking. Around 8:40 I was getting dressed for breakfast and housekeeping just pushes the door open no knocking no apology just onto the next room, when they noticed the latch was out. I was outraged this is exactly why you don’t just open a room door. What if she saw me naked? Bursting into room before check out times is ridiculous. I don’t think I would stay here again after my privacy was violated.

Stayed here for one night while doing a driving tour of some national parks. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were happy that we could bring our pup with us. We would definitely stay again if in the area and will recommend this hotel.

Stayed at this hotel with wife and a 1 year old baby for 10 months from January to September, 2024 for work. We could not praise enough everything about this hotel. The hotel is 3-4 years old but kept pristine, all the public areas and all the rooms we stayed at were 100% well kept, everything was modern and comfortable. Every single staff at the hotel were top notch, hospitable and personal, very helpful on all occasions. If you ever needed anything, they will do everything they can to help out, I couldn't say enough about the staff members. 100% great experience, from hotel amenities like the pool to breakfast, absolutely the best Residence Inn we ever stayed at, and I've worked all over the country and stayed at countless Marriott and Hilton hotels.

Clean nice room

My husband and I booked a night stay at The Residence Inn Suites in Middletown after our wedding and the hotel was very clean and the updated room was beautiful! We were able to relax and refresh from the wedding day in our spacious room.

Great safe, cleans and quiet place. Friendly staff and helpful staff.

Stayed in 201 and smelt cigarette smell most of the night. Lots of banging on floors upstairs and must of been the stairs door. Would recommend maybe a better room location. We had the one bedroom with sofa etc. Beautiful and large room. Sheets were impeccable clean but shower could have been wiped down a bit more.
