The location as it's fairly close to Legoland New York. It's maintained nicely and clean. It's got a mini kitchen if you want to cook your meal.

Parking could be a bit challenging if you arrive late at night. But not a deal breaker

Very clean, friendly staff, buffet breakfast was good but would be nice to add hash browns and bacon to the menu. Bed was very comfortable and room was nice and clean. Tv could have more of a selection of channels. Pool was nice. Overall great place to stay.

Was up in Middletown for a wedding at the end of July and stayed at the Residence Inn. The place was welcoming and immaculate! Front desk staff were wonderful! I need to send a huge shout-out to Kim at the front desk who went way above and beyond in helping my friend and I get some breakfast because we slept through the regular breakfast time. She couldn't have been more accommodating and we really appreciated it. By the way, they have an amazing breakfast bar. You will not be disappointed by the offerings! The room was immaculate, quiet, and comfortable. Spent an hour by the pool and it was delightful. I highly recommend this hotel and their staff, without any hesitation!

This is supposed to be a non smoking hotel. When I checked into my room - the room smelled of stale smoke. I called the front desk immediately and asked to change rooms. They told me to run the a/c for a few minutes and the smell should subside. It did not. As I was leaving I asked the front desk again to change rooms and was told they were sold out but they would spray some cleaner in my room. I came back at 11:30 and the room was not sprayed and the smell was still very strong. I went to the front desk and desk - the attendant was sympathetic but could not change my room. I wanted to cancel my room but was told I would not get a refund. He came up to the room - agreed it smelled of smoke Nd sprayed some cleaner that was supposed to remove the smoke smell - it did not. I was told to speak to the manager in the morning but she was in a meeting. It was not a good experience for a Marriott Bonvoy member - they should absolutely have not rented out that room - but I guess the temptation to collect the room rate was too great for them to resist. I would not go back given their cavalier attitude to my multiple complaints.
