Magnuson Extended Stay and Suites Airport Hotel

we stayed for an hour and then left to go to another hotel - was FILTHY - tried multiple times to contact property for refund - still no response almost a month later - DO NOT recommend!!!

Room didn't have trash cans or a shower curtain. I notified management and they said they would notate my account. THEY KEPT MY DEPOSIT!

Terrible experience!!! Paid for room and rude guy at desk said he didn’t see my reservation when I showed him receipt! Room was on 3rd floor! Night lamp on table had shortage! Roach came out on wall at 4am! Blind on room window was torn and had holes in blinds. No soap in bathroom. Bed had me itching!!! And leaving the steps crumbled underneath my feet leaving 3rd floor outside! This place is not safe and the kept $5 of my $30 deposit!!!! Will never book this place again!!!! Outdated place in terrible condition and rude receptionist!!!

took forever to check in. hotel was kind of dirty. door had cracks in it. didn't feel the safest.

On arrival, it took 20 minutes to get the key after waiting for people to buy things at the bodega that is also the front desk. Hotel is very run down. Once we got to the room, we noticed the door wasn't aligned well.There was a quarter inch gap at the bottom letting light in. Less than half a roll of toilet paper and a single shampoo packet the size of a ketchup pack. Only one towel. Lots of noise from other guests/tenants throughout the night. Then at 4am someone started beating on the door. After a minute they realized they were at the wrong room and started beating on the neighboring room. We went to leave at 5am to catch a flight and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to arrive to take the key and check us out. It was so bad we skipped showers because it didn't feel safe.

The guy behind the counter took 20 minutes just to check us in. We get to our room and literally roaches everywhere. No toilet paper. Had to go back down to the main office to get toilet paper. The curtains don’t cover the window. They left a large portion of the window exposed to whoever walked by. The air conditioner worked but is loud as hell. Worst hotel ever!

Do not book here. Upon check in i felt catfished. It was dirty, trash everywhere and sketchy people loitering all about, arguing and smoking. We requested a non smoking room. When I checked in they made me pay a deposit, and a “key” fee in order to get the key to my room. They told me it would be refunded upon checkout, it wasn’t. I get to the room, there’s holes in the floors, the door doesn’t close all the way, it STINKS of cigarettes, there’s no hot water in my room and no toilet paper or linens. I called 3 times trying to reach someone about toilet paper. No answer. My partner went to the office to get toilet paper. There’s no garbage in the bathroom for feminine products so we had to buy a garbage bag. There was chewed gum stuck to the floors, and it was filthy. We couldn’t cancel so we just dealt with it. There was loud arguing from our neighbors all night, and at 4am someone was yelling and banging on our door. I called multiple times to speak to staff about changing our room or getting a refund and no one answered. Do not stay here. It’s neither safe nor clean and the staff was 0 help.

Cheap hotel which is fine cause it’s cheap hotel prices, but they are keeping my deposit for “linen damage” I knew they were gonna do it too. When checking in he tried to “give” me an upgrade then sneak in that it would be extra.
