"Nice location, but super expensive for what we got. There was a huge wad of hair in the shower when we got to our room."

Conveniently located for cruising

Cruise parking is even higher than parking at the port. Hotel room was not very clean. There was a huge wad of hair in the shower when we arrived, which I wouldn’t have expected a hotel I paid almost $300 a night for.

The room! The beds were great too!

My phone didn't work to call the front desk - we didn't have the pullout bedding for our son. With the amazing bathroom the hooks were above the toilet... Which I don't think that's really sanitary.
