Posizione superlativa. Praticamente vicino alla zona più bella di Kyoto (almeno dal mio punto di vista): pontocho, Gion e nishiki market. Puoi arrivare a piedi un po’ ovunque in quella zona. Il personale estremamente gentile e disponibile 24h/24 per qualunque esigenza, anche in caso di cambio asciugamani aggiuntivo o altro. Servizio lavanderia disponibile a gettoni.

La camera era estremamente umida. Ci svegliavamo al mattino con le goccioline di umidità sulla finestra della camera. La cassaforte non siamo riusciti ad aprirla perché siamo arrivati che era già chiusa e non abbiamo potuto utilizzarla. La metro più vicina era a 10 minuti a piedi e questo era un po’ scomodo per arrivare o andarsene carichi con le valigie. L’hotel non è provvisto di doppia chiave e quindi ogni volta che uscivi/rientravi dovevi passare dalla reception al secondo piano per restituirle/riprenderle.

Great check-in and check-out process, the hotel held our luggages for 1/2 day without asking for an extra fee. Easy to get to everywhere from the hotel and it's located close to the Nishiki market but as well as to great local shops such as Take Sando who makes delicious sands and a crepe shop.

Beds are "overused", in the sense that the mattress has a bit of a hole where you fell whilst sleeping. also there was dust over the bed frame.

Pague una habitación con dos camas con colchón y cuando estábamos en la habitación nos dimos cuenta que una de las camas de tenía colchón sino un tapete para dormir, fue muy incómodo para dormir y a pesar de que les dijimos a ellos lo sucedido la respuesta fue que se habían agotado los colchones y lo único que podían hacer era poner una cobijas más.

The staff were very helpful and attentive throughout our for-night stay. Even though they spoke English very well, they let me communicate in Japanese. The location was perfect and extremely convenient for everything.

The ventilation in our room could have been better.
