THE L.A. MART HOTEL KYOTO

The room was clean, located in a central location with good room size. There is a small coffee/tea area available 24 hours for all guests.

One of our luggage was damaged when we arrived in Kyoto and we have to purchase a new luggage. When we inquired the front desk as to how we can dispose off the broken luggage, the staff just told us that we have to find a way to dispose off the luggage by ourselves. We understand that Japan is strict when it comes to waste disposal and explained that as foreigners we are not familiar as to how and where we can dispose a broken luggage. We even offered to pay the necessary disposal fee for the broken luggage but the staff rejected and declined to help us and again asked us to find a way to dispose off the luggage ourselves. We find that such a poor and low customer service is totally unacceptable and very disappointing.

La ubicación muy buena

Es como haber reservado un hostal, no tienen servicio de limpieza, nada recomendable para estancias de más de 2 noches, mal olor en la habitación.

Location convenient

1st two nights room was dark, small, bed no mattress. Upon request, was able to change to a bigger room for the rest 4 nights, but still the double bed has no mattress and the mattress of the single bed too soft.

Personnel très sympathique, bien équipé, très bien placé

Chambre très humide et AC pas très efficace. Il faut laisser la clé à l'accueil chaque fois qu'on sort
