Hotel muy tranquilo. Lleno de calma y paz. Ideal para descansar. Ofrecen un desayuno gratuito por las mañanas. Tienen restaurante hasta las 21:00 pero que hay que pedir antes de las 20:00. Los empleados son gente maravillosa, te hacen sentir que estás en familia. Kobayashi San es encantador, siempre dispuesto a ayudar en todo. Gracias por habernos hecho sentir como en casa.

スタッフの方々やオーナー様が、とても温かく迎えてくださいました。 Welcomeドリンクをいただきながら、富士山や琵琶湖のお話などを気さくにしてくださり、初めて訪れたにもかかわらず、とても居心地の良い時間を過ごせました。 お布団もふかふかで、久しぶりにゆっくりと眠ることができました。 心も体も癒される素敵な宿でした。またぜひ利用したいです。

ホテル前の駐車スペースは、車種によっては少し停めにくいと感じました。特に大きめの車の場合は、駐車時に少し注意が必要かもしれません。

Absolutely the best hotel I have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and every detail felt thoughtful and high quality. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view. Waking up every morning and looking out at such a beautiful landscape was truly unforgettable. The scenery alone made the stay feel special and added so much to the overall experience. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The facilities were outstanding, and the overall atmosphere made it hard to leave the hotel each day. What truly made this place special was the level of service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and it genuinely felt like a luxury experience from start to finish. I have stayed in many hotels, and this one is by far my favorite. If you’re considering booking, don’t hesitate—you won’t regret it. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Le personnel et l’emplacement. Les deux sont géniaux ! Le personnel est très attachant et est au petit soin pour ses résidents, vraiment ce sont de superbes personnes. Pour ce qui est de l’emplacement, il est fantastique. Nous avons eu la chance de voir le Mt Fuji pratiquement tous les matins car il était dégage, l’ambiance qui en ressort est fantastique.

Un grand merci au propriétaire de l’hôtel pour son accueil très chaleureux et ses anecdotes qui ont rendues notre séjour plus agréable. L’hôtel est magnifique avec une très belle vue sur le lac. La chambre était encore plus belle que ce qu’on attendait. Je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain voyage au Japon !

Que experiência! Adoramos tudo, desde o caloroso check-in, ao quarto típico Japonês, ao rooftop com vista privilegiada para o Monte Fuji. Ficamos muito contentes por termos escolhido um hotel mais afastado do centro - não só menos confuso, mas conseguimos sentir o lado mais tradicional do local!
