Sehr schönes, ruhiges und authentisches Hotel mit grandioser Aussicht auf See und Fuji. Der Inhaber und das Personal sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Super schöner Outdoor Onsen und Dachterasse mit Ausblick. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder!

La vue sur le lac et le mont Fuji était exceptionnelle, c’est un vieil hôtel qui garde tout son charme et il est idéal pour les amoureux de la nature (possibilité de louer vélo, paddle, barque). Le propriétaire est adorable.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet hôtel. Le propriétaire a été d’une gentillesse rare : toujours attentionné, prêt à nous aider, portant nos bagages, prenant le temps de nous prendre en photo et surtout de nous raconter avec passion l’histoire du lac et de l’hôtel. On sent tout le cœur et l’âme qu’il met dans cet établissement. Certes, l’hôtel a son charme d’époque, mais c’est justement ce qui le rend authentique et attachant. L’onsen restera inoubliable. Se détendre dans l’eau chaude avec cette vue sur le lac était déjà un moment incroyable, mais le soir, sous les étoiles, l’atmosphère devenait vraiment magique. Merci pour votre accueil si humain et chaleureux. Nous garderons un très beau souvenir de ce séjour et de votre gentillesse.

"Beautiful, classic and calm."

We really enjoyed our time here and wish it was longer. We were greeted even before entering the building by the smiling face of the staff and the owner, who took care of our luggage. The customer service was great and the view of the lake and mountain was beautiful. The staff was very sweet and helpful with everything. if you have any questions about transport, bus times, or the train station don’t be afraid to ask. It was really moving to see the history of this hotel and i’m very happy to have been able to support this business.

Я брала номер в классическом японском стиле. Номер был просто шикарный и вид на Фудзи 🥹 Персонал очень приятный и очень клиентоориентированный. Утром есть для каждого гостя бесплатный завтрак.

Был небольшой запах от канализации, но это возможно из-за старой канализации.
