It was a very enjoyable stay, the hotel is family owned and all the staff were so accommodating and thoughtful. They made us feel very welcome, we will definitely be back!

Our stay was so serene and relaxing, and the views were absolutely unreal! The hospitality is unmatched. Right as we got off the bus, the owner and his staff were there to welcome us, helping with our bags and even taking a wonderful picture of us in front of Mount Fuji. They truly went above and beyond throughout our stay. The hotel offers such a perfect immersion into Japanese culture and customs. We loved hanging out in our traditional Japanese-style room, sleeping on futons, and wearing the provided traditional pyjamas. There was so much to do, too. We rented bikes to explore the area and paddle boards to go out on the lake. Enjoyed morning coffee on the rooftop, unwound in the onsen and sauna in the evening and played ping pong too. The hotel location is a bit further out from the local town but is serviced by a bus route that you can use an IC card on. After the hustle and bustle of Tokyo this was such a welcome change of pace. There's a local shop with all the essentials just down the road so you can easily get what you need without having to go to town. Recommend you stay here as this was honestly the most wholesome and unforgettable experience. Thanks again to all the staff! 有り難う御座います

Hard to think of anything really Some constructive feedback woule be areas of the hotel (e.g. the ping pong room) felt a little bit dated, but we spent lots of time there regardless!

El alojamiento es espectacular, en frente justo del lago y con todos las habitaciones con vistas al mt fuji. Cuanta con onsen y un pequeño restaurante.

Super nettes Personal, der Besitzer kümmert sich selbst um jeden Gast. Super Ausblick auf den Fuji und einfach wunderschön, weiter weg von den Menschenmassen. Ruhige schöne Gegend, um die Natur zu genießen.

The level of service we received at this hotel was unlike anything we've experienced at other hotels. This is a family hotel and the owner of the hotel greeted us upon arrive and gave us a snack and a drink. And then every morning HE served us breakfast. You don't find that level of personal care in other hotels. The view of Mt. Fuji from our room was amazing, the rooms were large, the onsen was hot, and the service was top notch. It's a simple hotel with a simple menu and traditional rooms. But it was one of our favorite if not the favorite stop on our 13 day trip to Japan. If we are in the area again, we will stay here for sure. It was a great experience!

ZERO things I would change about this place. We felt it was perfect!

Mr Kobayashi was SO welcoming and made every effort to make our stay 100% enjoyable. Whole experience was truly amazing. From the warm welcome by the owner himself and the great service from all the staff, to the room style and stunning view, the onsen, the restaurant(where there were vegan options!) and the roof terrace all were perfect.
