Staffs and owner are super friendly. With views of Mt Fuji just outside your room. Absolutely worth every penny

I stayed with my partner at this amazing hotel in early April 2026. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, they made us feel at home immediately. The owner is really sweet and lovely, he was really helpful. The hotel is fairly old, but this is not a negative point. It is really quaint and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything works and the room and bathroom are clean. The view from the room is stunning. We were lucky to have a clear view of Mount Fuji. The hotel is in an amazing location. Breakfast was perfect, it was ideal for us. We didn't use the restaurant in the hotel, however it is really handy that there is a restaurant there, just in case you don't have a car to easily travel around. There are buses available, which can take you to nearby towns and sightseeing.

It was perfect. There is nothing not to like about this hotel and its staff.

Mr Kobayashi and his staff made this experience unforgettable. He came out to our car, helped carry our bags in, took a picture of us in front of Mount Fuji, and just went above and beyond to welcome us. The hotel itself allowed us to fully immerse ourselves into Japanese culture and customs. We were provided with traditional pyjamas, slept in futons in a traditional Japanese style room, and enjoyed the evening in the onsen. I wish we spent more time here and if I even go back to Japan, I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again.

とてもフレンドリーで話しやすいオーナー。 無機質な対応になりがちなチェーンホテルとはちがい、オーナーがお客さん一人一人を出迎え、会話を交えながらチェックインしてくれる。 朝はオーナー自らトーストを一人一人に焼いてくれました。また、富士山の歴史を色々聞かせてくださり勉強になりました。

La ubicación es excelente, especialmente para quienes desean disfrutar de las vistas del Monte Fuji o acceder fácilmente a los puntos turísticos cercanos. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con indicaciones y recomendaciones. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y bien cuidadas, y el ambiente del hotel resultaba tranquilo y relajante, ideal después de un día de excursión. Además, algunas instalaciones como el baño tradicional o las zonas comunes aportaban un toque auténtico a la experiencia.

El principal inconveniente está relacionado con el transporte. Dependiendo de la hora del día a la que quieras desplazarte hacia o desde el hotel, puede resultar complicado, ya que no siempre es fácil encontrar opciones de transporte disponibles que te lleven directamente hasta allí.

Very welcoming staff, the owner very thoughtful with his guests, the hotel is clean and very cozy with a quiet atmosphere and amazing view to Fuji. Would definitely recommend and come back!
