Location and staff is great especially Mr. Kobayashi is lovely and nice.

There is nothing much but lift would have been nice as we stayed on 4th floor.

Hotel un po’ vecchiotto. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno detto che vi era una colazione semplice. Ma troppo semplice, non vi era praticamente nulla

"A wonderful Ryokan owned by a even more wonderful human being who made us feel extra special"

This hotel is a perfect getaway and the location is spot on for a great view of Mt Fuji when the weather is good. What made our stay so wonderful was the location and the service. The service was exceptional, especially, the owner and proprietor who goes out of his way to make everyone comfortable. His delightful personality and great customer service is exceptional and the rest of the team are also super helpful. We definitely would come back and I highly recommend this lovely Ryokan.

"Een bijzondere ervaring!"

De rust was top. Het uitzicht zeer mooi. Personeel zeer vriendelijk, nog niet eerder zoiets meegemaakt. De kamer ook een unieke ervaring.

Op sommige plekken kon het beter schoongemaakt worden.
