Limpeza ; localização; atendimento ; custo benefício

De hóspedes que fumavam muito na área comum e a fumaça e o mal cheiro do cigarro que entravam nos quartos . Realmente uma falta de educação de hóspedes que também estavam hospedados.

"I was very disappointed as the room smelled of mold (visible!) which gave me a headache."

The communication with the owner was very friendly and immediate.

The room smelled of mold which created an overall disgusting atmosphere. The listing is also misleading. Please indicate more clearly that the room has no windows.
