La posizione e la disponibilità dello staff, soprattutto da remoto.

le stanze interrate, nessuna finestra e soprattutto un odore di muffa e stantio abbastanza fastidioso in certi momenti. Se posso dare un piccolo suggerimento le smart tv avrebbero dato un qualcosa in più.

Location was very good, central and super close to the metro station. Overall, the room and facilities met my expectations, they lived up to what was advertised online, being quite comfortable! There was also minimal/no noise from other rooms.

Although I wasn't bothered by noise coming from other rooms, my room was also next to the common kitchen and every day, around 8h in the morning, I would hear loud knocking on the kitchen, like someone was cleaning and organising it. Assuming that it was the staff, I would advise to do it maybe after cleaning the rooms, because it is quite disturbing if you're trying to sleep in.

The location

It’s in the basement. The 2nd picture at the add is the room with window and when you enter the accommodation you see that it’s in the basement with window and without fresh air. And as the result there is mold in the room. If they put in the add the text - Look people this is a good location but you are sleeping in the basement so if you are ok with that make the booking . In the morning first what I saw was the massive cockroach on the floor.
