SAMSAM Yao Noi - ANDAMAN MAGIC & ART VILLAS

Great location right beside the pasai beach. The staff is wonderful and takes care of everything - pickup in cars, day tours, in-room massages, and providing rental bikes. We had a lovely time here. Spacious rooms, bathrooms, jacuzzi - it provides the perfect private atmosphere. Amazing restaurants 3-5 mins away.

Mildly expensive and a bit lacking in breakfast buffet choices.

Sam Sam is the place to go! Where do I even begin? It’s absolutely stunning! This beautiful resort is surrounded by lush greenery and offers every comfort you could imagine. The service? Exceptional. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely sweet! it’s hard to describe how much we enjoyed their hospitality. The food was flawless, and the bedrooms felt more like luxurious apartments, perfect for both relaxation and productivity. The Wi-Fi was great, which made it easy to work, and the extras, like the gym..were fantastic. I loved starting my mornings with a good workout there. One highlight was the private island-hopping tour they arranged for us. It was unforgettable! From pick-ups to personalized touches, they made us feel like the only guests at the hotel. This was, without a doubt, the best stay we had during our month in Thailand. I highly recommend it!

Very clean, very comfortable, no mosquitos were found in the room. Very nice staff. Nice pool area to hang out at!

The best hotel ever..!!! We really enjoyed the hotel. The service of the staff was wonderful, they helped with our every request. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the place, for sure we will return there in the future. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

If you want pretty and extra clean rooms - this is your place. However, if you are also looking for ”the magic”, this might not be your place. The Hospitality and the atmosphere they are highlighting on their webpage is just not there. It kind of feels like it has maybe once been a magical place with but time has gone by. Our suggestion to the owners/managers is to change the promise you are giving on your website or live up to it. If we hadnt read it, we propably would have been satisfied because the standard of the room was nice. When you pay as much as they ask for its all about focusing on the details! Other suggestions and comments: - We might be just entering the high season but please - bring soap to the common toilets - Clean the pool area first thing in the morning so customers dont need to see messy tables - Clean the fallen leaves from the pool area in the morning - Archery - again, make it accessable for customers or delete the mention about it from all of your media. - Gym, please make sure the equipments in the gym work. 2/4 machines were broken… - Breakfast - focus on quality not quantity - Hospitality is something else than just being nice and polite. Thus, whoever is the manager lead and train your staff

My husband and I had an amazing time at SAMSAM. The staffs that SAMSAM is super friendly and super responsive. The food by SAMSAM is absolutely delicious! The resort is located in a great area, and near by is walkable beach and local cafe and restaurants! The resort also offers bike rentals and scooter rental for fee which allowed us to explore the island! I would highly recommend SAMSAM :)
