Beautiful hotel within 3 minutes walk to the beach and bars. Staff were amazing. All very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The food was lovely too. Golf was very helpful when we needed assistance.

This is a true gem perfect for those looking for tranquility and relaxation. The hotel and the surrounding nature is very beautiful and the location is great with the ocean just a short walk from it. The staff is extremely friendly, caring and helpful. The only downside was that they closed the gym already at six. The island the the hotel is perfect for those looking for an untouched paradise, it’s nothing like the exploited and busy turist areas and it’s one of those places you unwillingly tips others about to keep that way ☺️

numerous issues they've encountered during their stay at Sam Sam, resulting in a highly disappointing experience. Some of the key points include: - **Boat Transfer:** The hotel didn't facilitate the boat transfer from Phuket as promised on their website, leaving the us to book it ourselves online. - **Breakfast Service:** The "Start me Up Service" breakfast was not as described, lacking variety and quality, and served in a meeting room rather than the privacy of their villa. - **Dinner Issues:** On December 31st, we were misinformed about dinner arrangements, leading to an unprofessional handling of a la carte order and going offered to order in a nearby restaurant outside SAMSAM - **Massage Appointments:** We faced scheduling issues and language barriers while arranging massages, leading to delays and inconveniences. - **Extra Bed:** our request for an extra bed for their child was repeatedly misunderstood due to language barriers. - **Room Service:** On multiple occasions, food and drinks were delayed or forgotten, and villa cleaning left doors open, inviting insects and compromising security. - **Food Presentation:** The presentation of room service food did not meet five-star standards, and the absence of napkins and proper table setting was noted. - **Lack of Management Presence:** The absence of a general manager to address these concerns and the staff's limited English proficiency further exacerbated the situation. Overall, we are extremely disappointed with the service and standards, questioning the justification of the accommodation's price and seeking a conversation to resolve these issues. We addressed above in writing to the GM via email, she also got confirmed from her employees each single point of our complain, she was not willing to reimburse a portion of the total amount of $5200 for 6 nights. She had excuses that we booked via booking, even though We booked the first night directly with SAMSAM.

Amazing place to stay. Such lovely people. Our room was second to none with all the required facilities. All the staff were fantastic especially Golf who looked after us for the whole duration. Nothing was too much trouble. She organised our transfer from and to the hotel. Definitely recommend this place.

Our stay was perfect from start to finish. Excellent communication before our arrival and a car was waiting for us on arrival on the island. The staff made our stay. Everyone was so friendly and genuinely very keen to help in any way possible. The villa was immaculate and everything was of superb quality. Everything was perfect with our stay - there is literally nothing to improve. Would recommend to anyone.
