Ruhige Lage. Angenehmer Aufenthalt . Leckeres Frühstück. Kleiner, sauberer Pool mit Liegen, sehr entspannt. Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeit, zu Fuss erreichbar. Empfehlenswert.

The staff were exceptional and were incredibly helpful, welcoming and were available at all times. The manager is very good with English and all staff always said good morning and constantly asked if everything was good and if we needed any more supplies etc

The hotel is quite dated and in need of a bit of painting and decorating and the room was quite small. I think a few paintings or art works on each level would make it look a lot more friendly and bright. Our level also had a vacuum cleaner and a roll out bed outside our room the whole time.

Nice place to stay in Colombo .. staff are friendly and helpful room was very clean and comfortable..

We had a poor experience returning in the evening - no key entry and nobody responded to the door or the phone for over 20 minutes while we stood in the rain. Small issues with the room - dysfunctional lamp/outlet, leftover garbage (plastic bottle from the last guest), hair on pillows, odd smell in the room / bathroom

Photos and reality are two different things. Bathroom is awfully dirty. "The terrace" is just a simple balcony facing the street. We were placed in third floor and we could hear EVERYTHING from downstairs, from people going up and down the stairs, talking and even flushing the toilets in nearby rooms. And constant noice of cars passing by the street. The photo of the pool is really nice, dont be fooled by it. We changed the hotel, so cant comment about the food.

Bon emplacement, personnel très pro et chaleureux, très bien équipé et isole = bonne nuit, petit déjeuner copieux et typique. Rooftop très sympa, bien aménagé, une bulle intemporelle de confort au milieu de la ville, c'est top ! Je recommande

Really the stay was very good...concerned and caring staff members most of them... Cleanly maintained rooms... Hair dryer in bathing room... Availability of Kettle, coffe, tea and sugar packets ... Location of the hotel

but the thing is there is no accommodation for Drivers and one of the staff even refused to allow the driver to use the common rest room, which is available on the ground floor.... Secondly, they give only 2 water bottles per day (300 ml each for 2 persons) and if required more, we have to pay and get.... If both the above are rectified....yes, it's a great stay....
